Abstract
In February 2022, the Williams Institute and the Promise Institute for Human Rights at UCLA School of Law convened a meeting to discuss knowledge gaps and data priorities on LGBTQI+ refugees and asylum seekers, with particular attention to intersections with marginalization on the basis of race. This report describes the proceedings and presents conclusions and potential next steps based on participants’ discussions and feedback.
