Refugee status recognized by the Tribunal of Florence to an asylum seeker, from Ghana, who based his request on the fear of persecution in reason of his sexual orientation. His claim was initially rejected for lack of credibility. Interestingly, despite the request was limited to get subsidiarity protection, the judge granted refugee status.
