Abstract

The case concerned the removal of the applicant, who is HIV-positive, to Uzbekistan. He complained that if returned he would face a real risk of treatment contrary to Article 3 due to his sexual orientation. Application was struck out because the applicant voluntarily left Russia for Sweden.
