Appeal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs against recognition of the status of refugee rejected. Based on credibility issues, the claimant was granted by the Territorial Commission only the humanitarian protection (one-year permit for medical reasons due to post-traumatic stress connected to forced prostitution). The first instance judge granted refugee status deeming the claimant fully credible in relation to the same-sex sexual activities experienced in Nigeria.
